We are delighted to welcome this year’s lecturer Geoffrey Munn, known to many for his countless appearances on the BBC’s Antiques Roadshow. He is a renowned jewellery specialist and former managing director of Wartski; jewellers by appointment to HM The Queen and HRH The Prince of Wales. His lecture will take the form of a fascinating illustrated presentation on Fabergé at the Court of Edward VII and will unravel a dynastic web of European royal patronage that led the famous Russian goldsmith’s work to be described as “the last flowering of court art”.
